一、概述
1、 Overview
隨著大型樓宇和現(xiàn)代化建筑物的增多,供冷系統(tǒng)獲得了高速發(fā)展,工業(yè)以及其化行業(yè)對冷量的需要也促進(jìn)了集中供冷事業(yè)的發(fā)展。集中供冷就是動(dòng)力廠用冷媒體(一般為淡水和鹽水)將冷凍機(jī)所制冷量供給用戶。為了對制冷設(shè)備的運(yùn)行進(jìn)行管理和核算,對用戶所耗冷量進(jìn)行結(jié)算,需要對有關(guān)節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行冷量計(jì)量。
With the increase of large buildings and modern buildings, the cooling system has achieved rapid development. The industrial and chemical industry's demand for cooling capacity also promotes the development of centralized cooling. Centralized cooling is that the power plant uses cold media (usually fresh water and brine) to supply the refrigerating capacity of the refrigerator to users. In order to manage and calculate the operation of refrigeration equipment and settle the cooling consumption of users, it is necessary to measure the cooling capacity of relevant nodes.
冷凍水冷量計(jì)量就其方法來說,同熱水的熱量計(jì)量是一樣的,所供冷量可以看作是負(fù)的熱量。只是由于流體溫度低,導(dǎo)致具體做法上出現(xiàn)一些差異。
In terms of its method, the measurement of chilled water cooling capacity is the same as that of hot water, and the cooling capacity can be regarded as negative heat. Only because of the low temperature of the fluid, there are some differences in the specific practice.
二、冷凍水冷量計(jì)量系統(tǒng)安裝示意圖
2、 Installation diagram of chilled water metering system
空調(diào)用的冷凍水,水溫等級一般為5-6℃,冷媒體為淡水。低于5℃的供冷,則用鹽水或其它冷媒體。淡水冷凍水的冷量計(jì)量方法多采用如下圖所示的基于質(zhì)量流量的計(jì)量的方法。
The temperature of chilled water for air conditioning is generally 5-6 ℃, and the cold medium is fresh water. If the temperature is lower than 5 ℃, salt water or other cold media should be used. The cooling capacity measurement method of fresh chilled water is based on mass flow as shown in the figure below.
(1)在冷凍水的流量測量中,CK電磁流量計(jì)有明顯的優(yōu)勢,其特點(diǎn)如下:
(1) In the flow measurement of chilled water, CK electromagnetic flowmeter has obvious advantages, and its characteristics are as follows:
◆ 電磁流量計(jì)測量不受流體密度、粘度、溫度、壓力和電導(dǎo)率變化的影響。
The measurement of electromagnetic flowmeter is not affected by the changes of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
◆ 電磁流量計(jì)測量管無阻礙流動(dòng)部件、無壓損、直管段要求較低。
The measuring tube of electromagnetic flowmeter has no obstructed flow parts, no pressure loss and low requirements for straight pipe section.
◆ 電磁流量計(jì)傳感器可帶接地電極,實(shí)現(xiàn)儀表良好接地。
The sensor of electromagnetic flowmeter can be equipped with grounding electrode to realize good grounding of instrument.
◆ 電磁流量計(jì)傳感器采用先進(jìn)加工工藝,使儀表具有良好的抗負(fù)壓能力

①CK系列電磁流量計(jì)的襯里選擇:如果冷凍水是淡水的話,可以選擇橡膠襯里,成本較低,如果冷凍水為鹽水的話,必須選擇聚四氟乙烯襯里,如果既測淡水冷凍水又測鹽水,則必須選聚四氟乙烯襯里,CK電磁流量計(jì)可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場的情況,選擇合適的襯里材料。
① Lining selection of CK series electromagnetic flowmeter: if chilled water is fresh water, rubber lining can be selected with low cost. If chilled water is brine, PTFE lining must be selected. If both fresh chilled water and brine are measured, PTFE lining must be selected. CK electromagnetic flowmeter can select appropriate lining material according to the site conditions.
②熱電阻的選擇,CK儀表采用的是高品質(zhì)、高精度的A級鎧裝熱電阻,精度可達(dá)±0.2%,大大提高系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確度,熱電阻接線盒采用防水防潮,使用壽命長。

(2)除了電磁流量計(jì)測量之外,也可以采用超聲波流量計(jì)來測量,客戶可以根據(jù)現(xiàn)場情況作選擇,超聲波流量計(jì)熱能計(jì)量系統(tǒng)安裝示意圖如下所示。
