插入式渦街流量計(jì)是基于卡門渦街原理而研制成功的一種新型流量計(jì)，該儀器比較適用于測(cè)量過(guò)熱蒸氣、飽和蒸汽以及一般汽體、液體等。可的適用于行業(yè)大口徑氣體、液體、蒸汽流量計(jì)量，也可用于測(cè)量含有微小顆粒、雜質(zhì)的混濁液體，并還可作為流量變送器用于到自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)中。

The plug-in vortex flowmeter is a new type of flowmeter based on the principle of Karman vortex street. It is suitable for measuring superheated steam, saturated steam, general vapor and liquid. It can be applied to large caliber gas, liquid and steam flow measurement in the industry. It can also be used to measure turbid liquid containing tiny particles and impurities. Advantages of vortex flowmeter:

（1）渦街流量計(jì)無(wú)可動(dòng)部件，測(cè)量元件結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，性能可靠，使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

(1) Vortex flowmeter has no moving parts, simple structure, reliable performance and long service life.

（2）渦街流量計(jì)測(cè)量范圍寬。量程比一般能達(dá)到1：10。

(2) The measurement range of vortex flowmeter is wide. The range ratio can reach 1:10.

（3）渦街流量計(jì)的體積流量不受被測(cè)流體的溫度、壓力、密度或粘度等熱工參數(shù)的影響。一般不需單獨(dú)標(biāo)定。它可以測(cè)量液體、氣體或蒸汽的流量。

(3) The volume flow of vortex flowmeter is not affected by the temperature, pressure, density or viscosity of the measured fluid. Generally, it is not necessary to calibrate separately. It can measure the flow rate of liquid, gas or steam.

（4）它造成的壓力損失小。

渦街流量計(jì)缺點(diǎn)介紹：

Introduction to the disadvantages of vortex flowmeter:

（1）渦街流量計(jì)工作狀態(tài)下的體積流量不受被測(cè)流體溫度、壓力、密度等熱工參數(shù)的影響，但液體或蒸汽的測(cè)量結(jié)果應(yīng)是質(zhì)量流量，對(duì)于氣體，測(cè)量結(jié)果應(yīng)是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體積流量。質(zhì)量流量或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體積流量都須通過(guò)流體密度進(jìn)行換算，須考慮流體工況變化引起的流體密度變化。

(1) The volume flow of vortex flowmeter in working state is not affected by thermal parameters such as temperature, pressure and density of measured fluid, but the measurement result of liquid or steam should be mass flow, and for gas, the measurement result should be standard volume flow. The mass flow rate or standard volume flow rate must be converted by fluid density, and the change of fluid density caused by the change of fluid condition must be considered.

（2）造成流量測(cè)量誤差的因素主要有：管道流速不均造成的測(cè)量誤差；不能準(zhǔn)確確定流體工況變化時(shí)的介質(zhì)密度；將濕飽和蒸汽假設(shè)成干飽和蒸汽進(jìn)行測(cè)量。這些誤差如果不加以限制或消除，電磁流量計(jì)的總測(cè)量誤差會(huì)很大。

(2) The main factors causing flow measurement error are: measurement error caused by uneven flow velocity in pipeline; unable to accurately determine the medium density when fluid condition changes; assuming wet saturated steam as dry saturated steam for measurement. If these errors are not limited or eliminated, the total measurement error of electromagnetic flowmeter will be very large.

（3）抗振性能差。外來(lái)振動(dòng)會(huì)使渦街流量計(jì)產(chǎn)生測(cè)量誤差，不能正常工作。通道流體高流速?zèng)_擊會(huì)使渦街發(fā)生體的懸臂產(chǎn)生附加振動(dòng)，使測(cè)量精度降低。大管徑影響更為明顯。

(3) The anti vibration performance is poor. External vibration will cause measurement error of vortex flowmeter, which can not work normally. The high velocity impact of channel fluid will make the cantilever of vortex street generator generate additional vibration, which will reduce the measurement accuracy. The effect of large diameter is more obvious.

（4）對(duì)測(cè)量臟污介質(zhì)適應(yīng)性差。渦街流量計(jì)的發(fā)生體易被介質(zhì)臟污或被污物纏繞，改變幾何體尺寸，對(duì)測(cè)量精度造成很大影響。

(4) It has poor adaptability to the measurement of dirty media. The generator of vortex flowmeter is easy to be polluted by the medium or entangled by dirt. Changing the geometry size has a great impact on the measurement accuracy.

（5）直管段要求高。渦街流量計(jì)直管段要保證前40D后20D，才能滿足測(cè)量要求。

(5) The requirements for straight pipe section are high. In order to meet the measurement requirements, the straight pipe section of vortex flowmeter should ensure the first 40 d and the last 20 D.

（6）耐溫性能差。渦街流量計(jì)一般只能測(cè)量300℃以下介質(zhì)的流體流量。

(6) Poor temperature resistance. Generally, vortex flowmeter can only measure the fluid flow of media below 300 ℃.
