安裝直管段要求規(guī)范

1.安裝點(diǎn)上的上下游直管段一定的要求,否則會影響測量精度。

1. There are certain requirements for the upstream and downstream straight pipe sections on the installation point, otherwise the measurement accuracy will be affected.

2.安裝點(diǎn)上的上游有漸縮管,渦街流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于15D(D為管道直徑)的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

2. The upstream of the installation point has a tapered pipe, the upstream of the vortex flowmeter should have equal diameter straight pipe section of no less than 15d (D is the pipe diameter), and the downstream should be no less than 5D.

3.安裝點(diǎn)上的上游有漸擴(kuò)管,渦街流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于18D(D為管道直徑)的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

4.安裝點(diǎn)上游有90°彎頭或下行接頭,渦街流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于20D的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

5.安裝點(diǎn)上游在同一平面上有90°彎頭,渦街流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于25D的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

6.流量調(diào)節(jié)閥或壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥盡量安裝在流量計(jì)下游5D以遠(yuǎn)處,若必須安裝在流量計(jì)的上游,流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于25D的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

6. The flow regulating valve or pressure regulating valve shall be installed at the distance of 5D downstream of the flowmeter as far as possible. If it must be installed at the upstream of the flowmeter, there shall be no less than 25d equal diameter straight pipe section in the upstream of the flowmeter, and the equal diameter straight pipe section not less than 5D in the downstream.

7.流量計(jì)上游若有活塞式或柱塞式泵,活塞式或羅茨式風(fēng)機(jī)、壓縮機(jī)。渦街流量計(jì)上游應(yīng)有不小于25D的等徑直管段,下游應(yīng)有不小于5D的等徑直管段。

7. If there are piston type or plunger type pump, piston type or roots type fan and compressor at upstream of flowmeter. There should be no less than 25d equal diameter straight pipe section upstream of vortex flowmeter, and no less than 5D equal diameter straight pipe section downstream.
