熱式氣體質(zhì)量流量計(jì)的安裝

Installation of thermal gas mass flowmeter

1、插入式儀表安裝

1. Plug in instrument installation

將儀表傳感器桿上的止退螺母松開，使腔式連接螺母能夠沿傳感器桿滑向傳感器護(hù)套，使護(hù)套完全縮入腔式連接螺母中。

Loosen the check nut on the sensor rod of the instrument, so that the cavity connecting nut can slide along the sensor rod to the sensor sheath, so that the sheath is fully retracted into the cavity connecting nut.

2. 將腔式連接螺母緊固于專用球閥上（需在它們之間加裝密封墊）

3. Fasten the cavity type connecting nut to the special ball valve (need to add sealing gasket between them)

4. 打開專用球閥，將傳感器桿壓入管道，直至止退螺母能夠與腔式連接螺母鎖緊。

5. Open the special ball valve and press the sensor rod into the pipe until the retaining nut can be locked with the cavity connecting nut.

6. 轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)傳感器桿，使標(biāo)記點(diǎn)能與介質(zhì)流動(dòng)方向同向，鎖緊止退螺母。更改顯示屏方向。

8. 如果顯示屏的方向不能滿足現(xiàn)場(chǎng)顯示角度的要求，可以更改顯示屏的方向。顯示表頭可在水平6個(gè)方向上轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，更改方法是：切斷電源，打開轉(zhuǎn)換器前蓋，斷開傳感器與轉(zhuǎn)換器連線（兩組共4根或3組6根，組與組之間不能互換，同一組兩根線可互換），松開表頭法蘭（旋掉6顆M6的內(nèi)六角螺栓），此時(shí)可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)換器（不要讓轉(zhuǎn)換器跌落），直到觀測(cè)方便，重新固定法蘭，并連接傳感器與轉(zhuǎn)換器連線,蓋緊轉(zhuǎn)換器前蓋，接通電源。

12. 確認(rèn)管段的連接方式（法蘭連接或螺紋連接）。管段式儀表已在出廠時(shí)把傳感器裝配在專用管段上，用戶只需把管段再裝配到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，因此相對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)插入式儀表的安裝要簡(jiǎn)單。首先按照現(xiàn)場(chǎng)插入式儀表安裝的第1部選擇安裝點(diǎn)。然后按照管段式傳感器的尺寸切割管道、安裝配對(duì)法蘭或螺紋。后用螺栓安裝管段儀表，安裝時(shí)要保證儀表的標(biāo)記方向和介質(zhì)流體方向同向，并且顯示平面要垂直于水平面，管道軸心線要平行于水平面，誤差不能超過±5度
