1、威力巴流量計(jì)用途

1. Application of VEBA flowmeter

威力巴流量計(jì)適用于氣體、液體和蒸汽的高精度流量測(cè)量。威力巴流量計(jì)是一種差壓式、速率平均式流量傳感器，通過傳感器在流體中所產(chǎn)生的差壓進(jìn)行流量測(cè)量。威力巴流量計(jì)反映流體真實(shí)的流速，其精度達(dá)到± 1.0，重復(fù)性達(dá)± 0.1。威力巴的突出優(yōu)點(diǎn)是：輸出一個(gè)非常穩(wěn)定、無脈動(dòng)的差壓信號(hào)

Wilbur flowmeter is suitable for high precision flow measurement of gas, liquid and steam. 2. Probe design features

子彈頭截面形狀的探頭能產(chǎn)生精確的壓力分布，固定的流體分離點(diǎn)；位于探頭側(cè)后兩邊、流體分離點(diǎn)之前的低壓取壓孔，可以生成穩(wěn)定的差壓信號(hào)，并且有效防堵。內(nèi)部一體化結(jié)構(gòu)能避免信號(hào)滲漏，提高探頭結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度，保持長(zhǎng)期高精度。

The probe with the cross-section shape of the bullet can produce accurate pressure distribution and fixed fluid separation point; the low-pressure pressure tapping hole on both sides behind the probe side and in front of the fluid separation point can generate stable differential pressure signal and effectively prevent blockage. The internal integrated structure can avoid signal leakage, improve the structural strength of the probe and maintain long-term high precision.

With its excellent anti clogging design, Wilbur flow probe has completely got rid of the disadvantages of plug-in flow probes such as Annubar, which makes the anti blocking level of flow probe of averaging tube reach an unprecedented height.

探頭高壓取壓孔不會(huì)被堵探頭的前部形成高壓區(qū)，壓力略高于管道靜壓，阻止了顆粒進(jìn)入。請(qǐng)注意：在探頭的高壓取壓孔處流體的速度是零，沒有物體會(huì)進(jìn)入取壓孔。開機(jī)時(shí)，流體在管道靜壓作用下，進(jìn)入彎管，很快形成了壓力平衡的狀態(tài)。當(dāng)壓力平衡狀態(tài)形成以后，流體在彎管進(jìn)口處遇到高壓，繞道而行，不再進(jìn)入彎管中。

The high pressure tapping hole of the probe will not be blocked, and a high pressure area will be formed in the front of the probe, and the pressure is slightly higher than the static pressure of the pipeline, which prevents the particles from entering. Please note: the velocity of the fluid at the high pressure tapping hole of the probe is zero, and no object will enter the pressure tapping hole. When the machine is started up, the fluid enters the elbow under the static pressure of the pipe, and soon forms a state of pressure balance. When the pressure equilibrium state is formed, the fluid will encounter high pressure at the inlet of the elbow, and will bypass and no longer enter the elbow.

In general, dust, sand and particles are concentrated in the back of the probe under the action of vortex street force. That's why autumn leaves are always concentrated behind houses that are leeward. For other probes, the low-pressure tapping hole is located in the vacuum area at the tail of the probe. Under the action of vortex street force, the low-pressure pressure tapping hole of other probes is quickly blocked by impurities brought by eddy current. The unique design of Wilbur flowmeter makes the low pressure tapping hole located on both sides behind the probe side, and in front of fluid separation point and wake area. This design essentially prevents clogging and produces a very stable low pressure signal.

(3) the blocking phenomenon is eliminated in the design. In the front of the probe, the high static pressure area surrounds the probe, so that the high pressure tapping hole will not be blocked. The most important thing is that the low-pressure hole is located on both sides behind the probe side, and the fluid flows across the surface obliquely, which protects the low-pressure hole from being swept. Other probes are easy to block because their low-pressure pressure tapping holes are in the low-pressure fluctuation area where impurities accumulate.

⑴. 當(dāng)引壓管泄漏，探頭高壓平衡區(qū)遭到破壞，雜質(zhì)中直徑較小的顆粒就有可能進(jìn)入取

(1) when the impulse tube leaks, the high-pressure equilibrium area of the probe is destroyed, and the particles with smaller diameter in the impurities may enter into the probe

(3) when the system starts and stops frequently, impurities with small particles may enter the pressure tapping hole at the moment when the high pressure zone is formed, which may lead to the blockage of the probe.

⑷. 介質(zhì)中含有大量的焦油、藻類生物，或者含有纖維狀的物質(zhì)，也有可能造成探頭的堵塞。

(4) the medium contains a lot of tar, algae, or fibrous substances, which may cause the probe to be blocked.
