噴嘴的測量是依據流體力學的節(jié)流原理。當充滿管道的流體流經管道內的噴嘴時,流束將在噴嘴處形成局部收縮,從而使流速加快,靜壓力降低。于是在噴嘴前后便產生了壓力降或叫壓差。介質流動的流量愈大,在噴嘴前后產生的壓差也就愈大。根據壓差的平方根與流量成正比的關系,利用差壓儀表測量壓差來確定流體流量。
The measurement of nozzle is based on the throttling principle of fluid mechanics. When the fluid full of the pipe flows through the nozzle in the pipe, the beam will form a local contraction at the nozzle, which will accelerate the flow rate and reduce the static pressure. So there is a pressure drop or differential pressure before and after the nozzle. The greater the flow rate of the medium flow, the greater the pressure difference before and after the nozzle. According to the relationship between the square root of the pressure difference and the flow rate, the differential pressure instrument is used to measure the pressure difference to determine the fluid flow rate.

1、盡可能避免測量管內變成負壓; 1. Avoid negative pressure in the measuring tube as far as possible; 2、避免附近有大電機、大變壓器等,以免引起噴嘴場干擾; 2. Avoid large motor and transformer nearby to avoid interference of nozzle field; 3、選擇震動小的場所,特別對一體型儀表; 3. Choose the place with small vibration, especially for the integrated instrument; 4、易于實現傳感器單獨接地的場所; 4. It is easy to realize sensor grounding separately; 5、盡可能避免受陽光直照; 5. Avoid direct sunlight as much as possible; 6、盡可能避開周圍環(huán)境有高濃度腐蝕性氣體; 6. Avoid corrosive gas with high concentration in the surrounding environment as far as possible; 7、盡量滿足計算書要求的前后直管段。 7.
